Tonight I'm going to teach you how to make the best kale chips in the world! Normally when people make kale chips they are flaky and the sauce doesn't stick to them well. Many years ago I visited Blessings kale chip factory and she showed me her secrets in how to get the kale chips to the best consistency in the world. No other kale chips on the market are like the ones she makes, and tonight I will show you how to do it!Matt Monarch's Kale Chip RecipeIngredients:Dino or Curly Kale4 c. red bell pepper3 c. cashews or 1 c. cashews & 1 c. sunflower seeds2 tsp. nutritional yeast1 TBS. sea salt, or to taste c. lemon juiceInstructions:First blend the red bell pepper in a high speed blender. Next, add all other ingredients (save kale) until smooth. Pour out sauce onto kale and massage together for 10 minutes. Place onto dehydrator teflex sheets in a pile (see 1:09:50 for exact technique).
