This tiny stall located on the streets of Vadodra serves delicious and famous Gujarati snack called Dhokla made from fermented batter of gram flour. They steam the batter in a huge tray which are kept in a steamer. The final dish is served with sprinkle of chilli powder on top with red and green chutneys.
