I got to travel down to Seoul, Korea to check out the latest Korean food tech and industry here at Coex Food Week 2022. One of the interesting findings I got while checking the exhibition here was Little Tea Garden from Ulsan, South Korea. Not only they provide artisan-style crafted tea blends, but also create baked goods and desserts that are naturally sugar-free and gluten-free made from superfoods.
