LIQUID PARANTHA

Ingredients

1½ cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for drizzling
Tomato ketchup to serve

Method

1. Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl, add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, coriander leaves, 3 cups water and salt and whisk till a smooth batter is formed. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a portion of the mixture and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin disc. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Drizzle oil, flip and cook for 1-2 minutes on the other side as well.
3. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
