Easy, quick and delicious.LIQUID PARANTHAIngredients1½ cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)1 tsp coriander powder½ tsp cumin powder½ tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp turmeric powder¼ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesSalt to tasteOil for drizzlingTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl, add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, coriander leaves, 3 cups water and salt and whisk till a smooth batter is formed. Set aside for 10 minutes. 2. Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a portion of the mixture and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin disc. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Drizzle oil, flip and cook for 1-2 minutes on the other side as well. 3.
