Ingredients:
• 100 Grams Digestive Biscuits
• 25 Grams Butter, melted
• 100 ml whipping cream
• 100 grams Cream cheese
• ¼ cup of water
• 1 tbsp. Agar-Agar Powder
• 5 tbsp. Sugar, powdered
• 1 tsp. Vanilla essence
Red Grapes sauce:
• ½ cup Red grapes
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• ¾ tsp. lemon juice
• 2 tsp. water
Topping:
• ½ cup grape juice
• ½ cup fresh black grapes
• 1 tbsp. Mixed fruit jam
• ½ tbsp. cornflour
• 2 tbsp. water

How to make:
1. Soak Agar-Agar in ¼ cup water and keep aside.
2. Grind digestive biscuits and make a fine powder.
3. Transfer Biscuit powder to a bowl and add melted butter. Mix it well until wet sand texture.
4. Take springform tin, spread the mixture at the bottom of the tin, and press it with the help of a spatula or with the back of a steel bowl and keep it in the fridge to set.
5. Meanwhile let's prepare the cheese mixture.
6. Beat whipping cream until it becomes thick.
7. Add cream cheese, sugar, essence, and beat it again till it becomes fluffy.

For the grape sauce:
1. Take black grapes, remove the seeds, and chop them into 2-3 pieces.
2. Put chopped black grapes in a saucepan, add ¼ cup water, sugar, lemon juice and mix it well. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until grapes become soft. Keep mashing the grapes in between. Add soaked Agar-Agar and bring it to boil. Switch off the flame and keep aside to cool down for some time.
3. Add grape mixture to the beaten cream mixture and mix it well. Add a little pink color and mix it well.
4. Pour cheese mixture over the biscuit crust and spread it evenly. Cover the tin with cling wrap and let it sit for 4-5 hours or overnight.
5. For the topping:
6. Take grape juice, sliced and deseeded black grapes, and bring it to boil.
7. Dissolve cornflour with little water and add in the mixture. Cook for few minutes till the mixture becomes thick.
8. Lastly add jam and mix it well.
9. Remove from fire and let it cool down for some time.
10. Spread over the cheesecake and serve.
