This lettuce and egg salad is one of those.. do try !LETTUCE AND EGG SALADIngredients 10-15 assorted lettuce leaves8 eggs Salt to taste½ tsp white pepper powder ½ tsp crushed black peppercorns2 tbsps white vinegar1 tsp mustard powder 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil Method1. Pour some water in egg boiler, arrange eggs and cook for 10 -12 minutes. Alternately, cook eggs in boiling water for twelve minutes. Transfer in a bowl of water and allow to cool.2. Peel and cut into bite sized pieces.3. To prepare the dressing take salt in a jar. Add white pepper powder, crushed black peppercorns, vinegar, mustard powder and extra virgin olive oil. Close the lid and shake well.4. Tear lettuce leaves roughly and add to the bowl. Add chopped eggs and drizzle prepared dressing. Mix with light hands.5. Transfer in a serving plate and serve immediately.
