Lemon rasam is one of the most liked rasam varieties in our home made with Dhal water and Lime juice for the sour taste garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves.http://www.vahrehvah.com/lemon-rasamIngredients:Coriander leaves 2 bCurry leaves 3 springsGreen chilly 3 nTomatoes 4 nSaltTurmeric ¼ tsButter 1 tbMustard seeds ½ tsPepper corns ½ tsCumin seeds ½ tsHingRed chilly 3 nLemon juice 3 tbSugar 1 pinch Directions:Take a bowl add coriander steams, curry leaves, green chilly, tomatoes, salt, turmeric, daal water, cook it for 15 minutes.Take a pastel add cumin seeds, pepper corns and crush it.
