LEMON&CUCUMBER WATER RECIPE | Healthy, Natural, Helps To Stay Hydrated

In this episode, I'd like to share with you Lemon and Cucumber water recipe, which I prepare very often in hot summer days. It is extremly easy to make and very refreshing. It keeps for up to 2-3 days in the fridge, also guests love it, when they feel overwhelmed by the summer heat.

INGREDIENTS
2 small cucumbers
1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh dill
7-8 fresh mint leaves
Salt & pepper
2 cups mineral water
2 bottles (1 - 1.5 liter, each)

DIRECTIONS
Rinse and drain cucumbers, lemon and greens.
Trim and discard the ends of cucumbers.
Halve lengthwise and slice thinly into half-moon shape.
Discard the top stem and bottom tip of lemon, slice thinly.
Discard seeds and cut into cubes.
Chop the greens.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt, and a tiny pinch of pepper, mix.
Divide mixture among 2 bottles.
Add 1 cup mineral water into each bottle.
Then fill the bottles with drinkable water.
Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Before drinking: Shake the bottle and use a tea strainer to transfer beverage into a glass.
If desired, add some ice on top and enjoy!
