Lemon Chicken Piccata Recipe in English
4 K&Ns TenderBrest
Salt and pepper to taste
cup all purpose flour
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil
1 Cube K&Ns Stok
1 cup water
1 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
2 tsp Black pepper
White pepper to taste
tsp Mix herbs
tsp Corn flour
Water as required
2 lemons
cup Heavy cream
Parsley for garnish (chopped)
Pasta (Boiled) for serving


Method:
1- Thaw the K&Ns TenderBrest as per Instructions on the pack.
2- Sprinkle salt and black pepper over chicken K&Ns TenderBrest, rub it and set aside.
3- Heat 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
4- Put the K&Ns Tender Brest in the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side and set aside.
5- In another pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add garlic, saute for a minute. Add water, K&Ns Stok, lemon juice and heavy cream. Cook for few minutes.
6- Bring the sauce to a boil at medium low heat and add salt and pepper, white pepper and mix herbs then allow the sauce to cook and bubble for about 3 minutes. Then add cooked K&Ns Tender Brest, and lemon wedges, cover the lid and let it cook for few minutes.
7- Serve the Chicken over cooked pasta and spoon the sauce over both. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
