Lemon Chicken Piccata Recipe in English4 K&Ns TenderBrest Salt and pepper to taste cup all purpose flour1 cup parmesan cheese2 tbsp butter4 tbsp olive oil1 Cube K&Ns Stok 1 cup water1 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)2 tsp Black pepperWhite pepper to taste tsp Mix herbs tsp Corn flourWater as required2 lemons cup Heavy creamParsley for garnish (chopped)Pasta (Boiled) for servingMethod:1- Thaw the K&Ns TenderBrest as per Instructions on the pack.2- Sprinkle salt and black pepper over chicken K&Ns TenderBrest, rub it and set aside.3- Heat 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.4- Put the K&Ns Tender Brest in the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side and set aside.5- In another pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add garlic, saute for a minute. Add water, K&Ns Stok, lemon juice and heavy cream. Cook for few minutes.6- Bring the sauce to a boil at medium low heat and add salt and pepper, white pepper and mix herbs then allow the sauce to cook and bubble for about 3 minutes. Then add cooked K&Ns Tender Brest, and lemon wedges, cover the lid and let it cook for few minutes.7- Serve the Chicken over cooked pasta and spoon the sauce over both.
