Leftover Roti/Tortilla Pakora recipe - convert leftover chapati/tortilla to a yummy veg breakfast. It is also part of my easy Indian breakfast recipes. Leftover food can be used in many ways. It can be converted to delicious lunch, breakfast or dinner very easily.
Ingredient list Left over Roti/ tortilla Pakora:
• Flour Tortilla or chapati (roti): 4-5
• For Stuffing:
• Boiled mashed potato: 1 cup,
• Fine chopped onion: ¼ cup,
• Dry mango owder (amchoor powder): 1 tsp,
• Chat masala: ½ tsp,
• Fine chopped green chillies: 2,
• Fine chopped coriander leaves: 2 tbsp,
• Salt
• For Batter:
• Gram flour (besan): 1 cup,
• Red chilly powder (lal mirch): ½ tsp,
• Water
• Salt
• For Sticking:
• All purpose flour (maida): 2 tbsp,
• Water
• Oil for shallow frying
