Left-over Roti Noodles | Kids Lunch Box recipes | Breakfast Recipes | MintsRecipes

Use left-over roti or chapati to make this awesome noodles which every kid will enjoy. Pack them into your kids lunch box or tiffin. Children are sure going to love it.

Ingredients:
Leftover roti 2
2 tbsp sliced Capsicum
2 tbsp sliced tomato
1 small sliced onion
1 small finely chopped green chilly
Salt to taste
2 tbsp sliced carrot
1/4 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp pav bhaji masala
Pinch of black pepper powder
Tomato ketchup as required (optional)
11/2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seed
1/4 tsp finely chopped garlic
1/4 tsp grated ginger
Freshly chopped coriander leaves

How to make Left-over Roti Noodles:
Cut each roti into long strips and 1/4 inch thick.
Heat oil in a pan, once the oil becomes hot add cumin seed and cook till it becomes light brown.
Now add chopped onion and crushed ginger, garlic and sauté on medium flame till the onion becomes light brown in colour.
Add chopped capsicum, tomato, carrot, green chilly (do not add while making for kids) and mix it well.
Now add salt to taste and saute it on medium flame till the veggies become little soft, let it be crunchy.
Add red chilly powder, pav bhaji masala and mix it well with veggies.
Lastly add Roti, a pinch of black pepper powder, tomato ketchup and mix it until all the spices get well combined.
Roti noodles are ready to serve.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve Roti noodles hot.
