A fragrant, easy to prepare fish dish made with the aromatic and very Bengali ‘gondhoraj lebu ‘ - the king of lemons ! Can be made with any kind of fish, chicken or paneer! Any kind of available lemon can be used too!Edited by : Aryan ThakurLebu Patay Maach (Fish with Gondhoraj Lebu leaves)Ingredients:• 4 pieces fish (Rahu, Katla, Bhetki)• 1 cup onion, chopped• 2 tsp garlic, minced• ½ tsp green chili paste• 4-5 green chilies slit• 1 tbsp gondhoraj lebu juice• 1 tsp gondhoraj lebu zest• 4-5 gondhoraj lebu leaves (Any other lime leaves)• ½ cup Mustard oil• Salt to tasteMethod:1. Marinate the fish with garlic paste, green chili paste, salt and lemon juice. Keep aside.2. Heat mustard oil in a pan leaving 1 tbsp aside. Add onions saute until it turns pink add gren chilies slit and mix well. Now place the marinated fish on the pan add salt to taste, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes.3.
