The best part is that it can be prepared in minutes. A crust of crushed Marie biscuits is topped with tangy strawberries, cream and wobbly jelly! The choice of ingredients is such that this dessert offers you a variety of textures and flavours in one cupful. Arrange the Sundae just before serving so that the chilled base retains its crispness.Preparation Time: 15 minutes. Makes 2 glasses For the crust½ cup coarsely crushed Marie biscuits4 tbsp melted butter2 tsp sugarOther ingredients½ cup chopped strawberries1 cup beaten whipped cream½ cup strawberry jelly cubesFor the crust1. Combine the biscuits, butter and sugar in a deep bowl and mix well.2. Divide the mixture in two equal portions, and spread it evenly in two individual serving glass, and allow it to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.How to serve1. Just before serving, add ¼ cup of the chopped strawberries, ½ cup of beaten whipped cream and ¼ cup of the strawberry jelly cubes in each glass. Serve immediately.
