Lava Tomato Pasta
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
140g pasta
Some salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
100g onions (chopped)
200g ground beef & pork
400g tomato sauce
200g shredded cheese
30g potato starch
2000ml milk

PREPARATION
1. Boil a large, salted pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook minced garlic over low heat. Add chopped onions and cook until soften.

3. Add the ground meat into the skillet and cook until browned. Add the tomato sauce and simmer. Add the cooked pasta (1) and mix with the sauce.

4. Cook shredded cheese, potato starch, and milk in a pan until all cheese is melted.

5. Pour the cheese (4) over the pasta in the skillet (3). Burn the cheese with a torch.

6. Enjoy!
