Lauki Ki Sabji Recipe In Hindi | Geeta's Kitchen

Lauki ki sabji ( no onion ,no garlic )

Ingredients
• Lauki 250gm chopped
• Chaana dal ¼ cups soaked 2 hours
• Tomato’s 1 ripe chopped
• Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
• Red chilli powder 2 tsp.
• Mustard 1 tsp.
• Cumin powder 1 tsp.
• Coriander powder 1 tsp.
• Salt to taste
• Oil 2 tsp.

Method
• Rinse channa dal twice with water and soak it for at least 2 hours
• Heat oil in kadai add Mustard once it start to splutters add tomatoes, sauté it till cook well with close lid.
• Add add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Saute it and mix well.
• Add chopped lauki , mix well and cook it for 5 mins.
• Then add cumin, coriander powder and channa dal mix well add little water to cook and closed the lid. Let it cook for another few minutes on low flame.
• Garnish with chopped coriander, serve with chapatti or bhakri.
• Serve it and enjoy.
