Lauki ki sabji ( no onion ,no garlic )Ingredients• Lauki 250gm chopped• Chaana dal ¼ cups soaked 2 hours• Tomato’s 1 ripe chopped• Turmeric powder 1 tsp.• Red chilli powder 2 tsp.• Mustard 1 tsp.• Cumin powder 1 tsp.• Coriander powder 1 tsp.• Salt to taste • Oil 2 tsp.Method• Rinse channa dal twice with water and soak it for at least 2 hours• Heat oil in kadai add Mustard once it start to splutters add tomatoes, sauté it till cook well with close lid.• Add add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Saute it and mix well.• Add chopped lauki , mix well and cook it for 5 mins.• Then add cumin, coriander powder and channa dal mix well add little water to cook and closed the lid.
