LAUKI KI KHEERINGREDIENTS• Bottle Gourd grated 1 cup( Lauki kadu kas)• Sugar 2 tbsp.( coz I am using condense milk, if not using condense milk then add 3 tbsp. sugar)• Milk ½ ltr + ¼ cup Milk to soak dry fruits • Cashew nut 10 • Almonds 10• Khoya / condense milk 3 tbsp (both are optional)• Cardamom powder ¼ tsp• Ghee 3 tbsp• Mix dry fruits 3 tbsp ( chopped)• Saffron thread 3-4 METHOD• First make paste of cashew nut and almond with the help of milk . keep aside. • Take a pan on gas heat it add ghee and chopped mix dry fruits roast it till change color and crunchy. Keep aside.• Again on same pan add remaining ghee and add grated bottle gourd fry it till get dry now add paste of cashew nut and almond cooked well for atleast 7 to 8 mins.(if its not cooked well and you add milk on it milk will curdle).• Now add milk and simmer on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
