Ingredient Quantity
Lauki (bottle gourd) 1 no.
Turmeric powder tsp
Salt 1 tsp
For fillings
Ginger Chopped 1 Tsp
Green Chilli Chopped 2 no.
Paneer Grated 4-5 tbsp
Boil potato mashed 1 no.
Green Peas crushed 3 tbsp
Khoya 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder tsp
Red Chili Powder tsp
For gravy .
Oil 2-3 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 Tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 Tbsp
Green chilli chopped 2 no.
Onions chopped 2 no.
Tomatoes chopped 3 no.
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder tsp
Red Chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tbsp
Yogurt cup
Khoya 3 tbsp
Fresh cream cup
Cardamom powder tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
1. Peel the Bottle Gourd and Cut into two halves.
2. Now scoop the inner sides and make a hollow cylinder out of the bottle gourds.
3. In a pan boil water with salt and turmeric and add the bottle gourds in that.
4. Let it become soft but not too soft also otherwise it will not be able to hold the stuffing.
5. Cover it and cook for 5-6 mins
6. Remove the Bottle Gourd from the water and keep aside.
To prepare filling:
1. Take a mixing bowl; add ginger, green chill, grated paneer, potatoes, green peas, khoya, salt, turmeric powder and Red chilli powder, mix well.
2. Now gradually fill it in the hollow cylindrical bottle gourds. Keep it aside.
3. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan, add prepared stuff lauki and saut it for 4-5 min. or till brown in color.
4. Remove in plate and keep it aside.
For gravy:
1. In Same pan; add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic, mix well and Saut for 1 min.
2. Add green chilli, chopped onions, mix well and saut till onions gets brown.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
4. Add Salt, mix well and saut for 2 min.
5. Add Turmeric powder, Red chilli Powder and Coriander powder, mix well and saut for another 1 min.
6. Remove in mixer jar, add yogurt and cup of water and grind it to a smooth paste.
7. Remove this paste in a same pan, add some water and mix well.
8. Add khoya, mix well and saut for 6-8 min.
9. Add cream and mix well.
10. Add cardamom powder and prepared stuff lauki mix well and cook for 3-4 min.
11. Remove in serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
