Ingredients for Cardamom Lassi with Pistachio:
Yogurt 2 cups
Sugar 3 tbsp
Green Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Pistachio powder 1 tsp

Ingredients for Almond Lassi with Saffron:
Yogurt 2 cups
Milk 1 cup
Almond powder 2 tbsp
Saffron 1/4 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Almonds chopped (for garnish)
Saffron (for garnish)
Ice cubes as required

Ingredients for Strawberry Lassi:
Yogurt 2 cups
Strawberry 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ice cubes as required
Red syrup 1 tbsp

Directions for Cardamom Lassi with Pistachio Preparation:
1. In a blender add yogurt, sugar, pistachio, cardamom and blend. Pour in glass and add ice cubes, sprinkle pistachio and serve cold.
Directions for Almond Lassi with Saffron Preparation:
2. In a blender add yogurt, honey, milk, almonds, saffron and blend well. Pour in glass, add ice cubes, sprinkle chopped almonds and saffron. Almond lassi is ready to serve.
Directions for Strawberry Lassi Preparation:
3. In a blender add yogurt, strawberry, sugar, rooh afza and blend well. Pour in glass, add ice cubes and your strawberry lassi is ready.
