Pair it with any of your meals and enjoy.LASOON BHURKAIngredients1 cup garlic cloves (lasoon)¼ cup oil2 tsps mustard seeds1 tsp cumin seedsSalt to taste½ cup roasted peanut powder1 tbsp red chilli powder¼ cup chopped fresh coriander leavesBhakris to serveMethod1. Coarsely crush the garlic in a mortar with a pestle. 2. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add cumin seeds and cook till they change colour.3. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for a minute. Add salt and sauté till the garlic turns golden brown. 4. Add roasted peanut powder and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add red chilli powder, mix and sauté for a minute.5. Add coriander leaves and mix well.6.
