LAL MATHACHI BHAJIIngredients1 large bunch of red amaranth (laal math), leaves separated and shredded2-3 tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seeds10-12 garlic cloves, crushed2 medium onions, choppedSalt to taste tsp turmeric powder2 green chillies, slit2-3 tbsps scraped fresh coconutJowar bhakri for servingMethod1. Heat oil in iron kadai. Add cumin seeds and once they start to change the colour, add garlic cloves and saut for 30 seconds.2. Add onions and saut till translucent.3. Add salt, turmeric powder, green chillies and mix well.4. Add red amaranth and mix well. Saut on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.5. Add coconut and mix well.6. Transfer in a serving bowl and serve hot with jowar bhakri.
