Spread the love! :)Download our App - http://bit.ly/DownloadIndiaFoodNetworkAppIngredients:-For the batterMoong Dal (soaked): 1 cupChanna Dal (soaked): 2 tablespoonsWater as requiredBlack pepper powder: 1 teaspoonChilli powder: 2 teaspoonsSalt to tasteFor the ChutneyRadish leavesGarlic: 3Green chilli: 2Curd: 2 tablespoonsSalt to tasteFor BhallasOil for fryingGrated radish for garnishingMethod of Preparation- Soak moong dal and channa dal for 3 - 4 hours.- In a food processor grind them nicely.- Whisk the dal together till it becomes light and fluffy. Add black pepper, chilli powder and salt. The batter is ready.- With wet palms add small portions of batter into hot oil. Deep fry the bhallas.- In a blender mix together all the ingredients mentioned for chutney.- Your radish chutney is ready- In a plate place bhallas top it radish chutney and grated radish.
