Italian lady finger's served with white chocolate mousse and berries.LADY FINGER MOUSSEIngredients12 lady finger biscuits½ cup fresh cream1 cup chopped white chocolate1 cup whipped creamFresh blueberries as requiredFresh raspberries as requiredFresh blackberries as requiredMethod1. To make white chocolate mousse, heat cream in a non-stick pan and bring to boil.2. Take white chocolate in a bowl, add hot cream and whisk well till chocolate melts. Add whipped cream and fold well. Fill a piping bag with mousse.3. Place 3 lady finger biscuits on the edges of each individual shot glasses and pipe out some mousse in the center. Put few blueberries and pipe out some more mousse. Repeat the layer with raspberries and blackberries. 4. Serve immediately.
