Lady Finger Mousse | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Italian lady finger's served with white chocolate mousse and berries.

LADY FINGER MOUSSE

Ingredients

12 lady finger biscuits
½ cup fresh cream
1 cup chopped white chocolate
1 cup whipped cream
Fresh blueberries as required
Fresh raspberries as required
Fresh blackberries as required

Method

1. To make white chocolate mousse, heat cream in a non-stick pan and bring to boil.
2. Take white chocolate in a bowl, add hot cream and whisk well till chocolate melts. Add whipped cream and fold well. Fill a piping bag with mousse.
3. Place 3 lady finger biscuits on the edges of each individual shot glasses and pipe out some mousse in the center. Put few blueberries and pipe out some more mousse. Repeat the layer with raspberries and blackberries.
4. Serve immediately.
