Feel the crunch at every bite.LACHCHA ALOO PAKODA Ingredients4 medium wafer potatoes, peeled2 tbsps rice flour1½ tbsps corn flour 1 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste½ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)1 cup gram flour (besan)Oil for deep fryingGreen chutney to serveTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Thickly grate the wafer potatoes and transfer it into a large bowl filled with water. Rinse it thoroughly. Drain the grated potatoes and add into another large bowl.2. Add rice flour, corn flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, carom seeds and gram flour and mix till well combined. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in small portions of the mixture into the hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.4.
