Laal Maas Recipe | Rajasthani Laal Maas | Laal Maans | Scroll RecipeIngredient:• 500 gm mutton• 2½ tbsp garlic paste• 1 TSP Ginger• 100 gms curd, beaten• 1 TSP Kashmiri Red chilli Powder• 1 TSP Coriander Powder• 1 TSP Cumin Powder• Mustard Oil 2 TBSP• 5 TBSP ghee• 3-4 cloves• 5-6 black peppercorns• 2 Green cardamom• 1 Black cardamom• 3 onions, Chopped• 8 mathania chilli pasteFor Marination• In a mixing bowl add 500 gm mutton• 1 ½ tbsp garlic paste • 1 TSP Ginger• Marinate for 3-4 hoursDahi Mix: • 100 gms curd, beaten• Add 1 TSP Kashmiri Red chilli Powder• Add 1 TSP Coriander Powder• Add 1 TSP Cumin Powder• Add Mustard Oil 2 TBSPFor Gravy• 5 TBSP ghee in a Pan• 3-4 cloves• 5-6 black peppercorns• 2-3 Green cardamom• 1 black cardamom• Add 3 onions, Chopped and saute 5-6 mints till color change• Add 1 TSP Garlic Paste• Add marinated mutton• Salt to taste• Add 8 mathania chilli paste (use soaked chillies)• Keep stirring for 10-15 mints• Add curd mix and cover with Lid• Cook for until mutton becomes tender===================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
