KYABETSU YAKI | Fried Cabbage | Easy Okonomiyaki | JAPANESE RECIPE | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making KYABETSU YAKI.
KYABETSU YAKI means fried cabbage, an easier version of okonomiyaki; you can make it with pantry ingredients.
You can eat a lot of vegetables in one meal, and it's really healthy.
If you want to cut the calories, this is the menu you go for.

1 serving
150g cabbage
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon dashi powder
1 large egg
