Ingredients:-
1 cup buckwheat atta
1/4 cup Singhada Atta
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup mashed sweet potato
1/4 cup curd
250 ml hot water

Method Of Preparation
- In a bowl, sieve buckwheat atta, singhada atta, cinnamon powder, baking soda
- Set aside
- In another bowl, add mashed sweet potato, brown sugar, oil, curd
- Whisk until creamy
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients with a spatula
- Add 250 ml hot water
- Mix well
- You can add nuts at this stage (optional)
- Grease a 7" springform/cake tin and line the bottom with baking paper
- Pour the batter in the cake tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180-degree celsius
- Cool for 1 hour before unmolding.

For the icing:
Take 5 tbsp icing sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
Whisk together to form a runny glaze
Pour on the cake and enjoy!
