Prepared with Kutch biscuits and masala gravy, you have got to try this one of a kind bhel recipe.KUTCHI BHELIngredients1 tbsp oil2 tsps dabeli masala3-4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed1 medium potato, boiled, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubesSalt to taste15-20 Jeera butter toasts3 tsps tamarind chutney1 tsp garlic chutney1 medium onion, finely chopped2 tsps masala peanuts + for garnish2 tsps pomegranate pearls + for garnishNylon sev for garnishChopped fresh coriander for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add dabeli masala and sauté till it turns slightly brown.2. Add mashed potatoes, potato cubes and salt. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium heat or till the mixture boils. Set aside to cool down for 5 minutes.3. Crush half the jeera butter biscuits and add in a bowl. Add the remaining whole jeera butter toasts in the bowl. Pour the prepared mixture over the toasts. Add tamarind chutney, garlic chutney, onion, masala peanuts and pomegranate pearls. Mix well.4.
