Kung Pao Chicken with Rice

Ingredients for Kung Pao Chicken:
Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Dried red chilies 1/2 cup
Capsicum (cubes) 1 cup
Onion (cubes) 1 cup
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
K&Ns Tender Pops 780 g (25-28)
Slurry (corn flour 3 tbsp + water 1/2 cup)
K&Ns Stok (1 cube)
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Roasted peanuts (1/4 cup)

Directions for Kung Pao Chicken Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger, cook for a minute.
3. Add dried red chilies, capsicum, onion and cook for 1-2 minutes on high heat.
4. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, black pepper and mix well.
5. Now add water, K&Ns Chicken Stok cube and cook until K&Ns Stok dissolves.
5. Fry K&Ns Tender pops as per instructions on the pack.
5. Add K&Ns tender pops and cook for a minute.
6. Add slurry and cook until sauce thickens.
7. Add green onion, roasted peanuts and cook for a minute. Your Kung Pao Chicken is ready. Serve with Rice and enjoy.
