Ingredients:
Egg 1
Sugar 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
K&N’s Breakfast Sausages 6-8
Boiled potatoes (cubes) 2 cups
Cornstarch 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs 2 cups
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions:
1. In a bowl add egg, sugar, yeast and mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Now add all-purpose flour, salt, water and whisk until no lumps remain.
3. Cover with cling and set aside for 30-40 minutes to let it rise.
4. Prepare K&N’s Breakfast Sausages as per instructions on the pack. Set aside.
5. Prick a wooden skewer into K&N’s Breakfast Sausage. Set aside.
6. In a bowl add boiled potatoes, cornstarch. mix gently to coat the potatoes in cornstarch.
7. Dip the K&N’s Breakfast Sausage skewer into prepared batter and then coat with breadcrumbs.
8. Take another K&N’s Breakfast Sausage skewer and dip into the prepared batter, then coat into potatoes and then breadcrumbs.
9. Deep fry the Breakfast Sausage Skewers until crispy and golden brown from outside.
10. Serve by drizzling ketchup and mustard sauce. Your K&N’s Breakfast Sausage Skewers is ready to serve.
