Korean Style Fried Bananas
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 bananas

A
1 egg
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon sugar

Some panko bread crumbs
Some vegetable oil
Some chocolate sauce
Some almond flakes
Some chocolate sprinkles

PREPARATION
1. Mix all A ingredients in a bowl.

2. Cut each banana into 3 parts. Dip each banana piece into (1) and coat with panko
bread crumbs.

3. Pour the vegetable oil into a pan (about 1cm deep) and heat to 180C.

4. Fry (2) in the oil (3) until golden. Let cool.

5. Serve with the chocolate sauce, the almond flakes, and the sprinkles.

6. Enjoy!
