Korean-style custard French toast
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
2 slices of bread
3 eggs
2 teaspoons sugar
50 ml milk
10g butter

Custard cream
1/2 beaten egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon flour
100ml milk

PREPARATION
1. Make the custard cream. Mix beaten eggs and sugar in a bowl, then add flour. Add milk, mix and heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 3 minutes.

2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with the sugar and milk.

3. Grease a frying pan with butter and pour in (2).

4. Arrange the bread on top of (3), turn over immediately and bake until the egg mixture is set.

5. Place the custard cream on the bread and fold the cooked egg mixture inward.

6. Fold and stack the bread, bake on both sides, and voila!

7. Enjoy!
