Ingredients of steamed egg (2 servings)
- 2 eggs, milk 200ml, stick ham 65g, green onion, salt

Directions
1) Cut green onion and ham into thin slices
2) Crack 2 eggs into a microwave safe bowl, add salt, stir well
3) Add milk, stir until well mixed
4) Add sliced green onion, stick ham
5) Cover with plastic wrap and make 4~5 holes in the plastic wrap with scissors
6) Microwave on high for 5~7 minutes and check after 3 minutes to see if done or not
