Todays menu is Korean Pickled Radish that is great with fried chicken.
Did you know? In Korea, there are more fried chicken stores than McDonalds worldwide .
Chicken mu is a staple side dish to fried chicken all over Korea.
Its more delicious than pickled cucumber for my taste.
Try it when you eat chicken. You may feel like you are eating in Korea.

* Ingredients (1 cup = 250ml)
1, 1, 1, 1, 2
1 white radish, 1Tbs salt, 1cup sugar, 1cup vinegar, 2cups water

* Recipe

1. Dice the white radish into bite sized pieces.

2. In a pot, add the sugar, salt, vinegar and water and boil.

3. In a bottle, add the diced radish and pour the (2)hot vinegar water.

4. Completely cool at room temperature and refrigerate for 2 days.
