Korean hearty breakfast

Kimchi Mushroom Silken Tofu Soup
3 tbsp sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
1/3 cup chopped kimchi
3 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp Korean soup soy sauce
2 cups water
2 tsp Korean mushroom seasoning (or mushroom powder+salt+msg)
14 oz (1 package) silken tofu
2 green onion, chopped
Pinch of black pepper

Side: Justegg + chopped chive
