Hanwoo is a type of beef sold in Korea that is super rare, and usually quite expensive. Today we head to Gangwon-Do to try hanwoo in the city of Hongcheon. The dishes we tried were all great, and left me wanting more!We had raw beef, including yuk hwei and yuk hwei bibimbap, as well as their new menu item which had thinly sliced hanwoo, scalops, and mushrooms. However, nothing was as good as the freshly grilled hanwoo.
