Today, I wake up in time to record my mom's breakfast dishes. We like to eat simple, healthy, and light in the mornings. Usually, it starts with a simple soup like Siraegi Guk (Dried Radish Green Soup). Then some sort of protein - like steamed eggs. We've done this recipe before but my mom makes it a bit different. She likes to build on a broth which makes it even more hearty. Finally, I also throw in a spinach-tofu crumble muchim. Very simple but healthy.

Try out any of these new banchans and soup. Works perfectly for everyday mornings. Much love and see you from Seoul next ;)
