Ingredients:
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp chilli laste
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 cup maida
• 1 cup whole liquids egg
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• Oil for deep fry
• 1 tbsp kashundi
• Salt to taste

Method:
1. Take 4 cup normal size basa fillet/betki , and marinate these in/with mixture of garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli paste, lemon juice and salt for half an hour refrigerator.

2. For crumbing the fish you require maida, and whole liquids eggs and bread crumbs each in different shallow plates.

3. Dip the marinated basa fillet one by one in each plate covering the basa fillet from all sides, starting with maida, then whole liquid eggs and lastly bread crumbs.

4. Next we shall deep fry crumbed basa fillet. Heat the oil properly. Deep fry the basa fillet till it turns golden.

5. Soak the excess oil and the fillets are ready to serve.
