This Maharashtrian style prawn recipe is a dry preparation made with coconut and chillis. Super simple to make and a real treat for your tiffin! KOLAMBICHE SUKKEIngredients2 cups medium prawns (kolambi), peeled and deveinedSalt to taste¼ teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoons tamarind pulp¼ cup scraped fresh coconut¼ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves 2 inch ginger, peeled12-14 garlic cloves1 teaspoon red chilli powder2 tablespoons oil Rice bhakri for servingMethod1. Put prawns in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder and tamarind pulp and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.2. Put ¾th of coconut and ¾th of coriander leaves in the grinder.3. Roughly chop ginger, add to grinder alongwith 6-7 garlic cloves and some water and grind into a smooth paste. 4. Add the ground paste to the marinated prawns and mix. Add chilli powder and mix well. 5.
