Koi Macher Jhal Recipe | Bengali Fish Curry Recipe | Scroll RecipeIngredient:• Koi Fish 3-4• 2 TSP cumin powder, • 1 TSP coriander powder• 2 TSP red chilli powder• ½ TSP turmeric Powder• 2 TSP red chilli powder• Mustard oil• 8-9 bori/ boree• 1 TSP cumin seeds• Dry red chilli• 1 TBSP Ghee Process: Step 1:Masala Mix:• Add ¼ cup water in a bowl• Add 2 TSP cumin powder in a bowl, • Add 2 TSP red chilli powder• Add some salt• Add 1 TSP coriander powder• Mix it nicelyStep 2:• Add mustard oil in a pan and heat the oil• Add 8-9 bori/ boree• Fry it till golden brown and keep it aside• Same oil Add 1 TSP cumin seeds• Add dry red chilli• Fry it• Add masala mix • Add 2 TBSP tomato puree• Fry it for 2-3 mints• Add 1 ½ Cup water• Allow this to come to a boil.
