In a chopper add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, green coriander and chop well.2. Now add mince, gram flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Chop it until mince gets smooth.3. Now give a shape of kofta and deep fry it for 2-3 mins. set aside.Directions for Kofta Curry Preparation:4. Now in a preheated pan add oil, onion paste, and cook for a minute. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it for a minute.5. Now add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder cook it for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 mins. 6. Now add NESTL MILKPAK yogurt, water and cook for 2-3 mins.7. Now add prepared kofta and mix it well. Cover and cook for 10-15 mins. add garam masala powder and cook for a minute.8. Garnish with green chilies, green coriander and serve.
