Amazingly yummy Tasty Egg Kuzhi paniyaram prepared by Indian street food seller.
Ingredients:
Egg
pepper,
chilly powder,
karam masala,
onion diced,
Green chilli choped,
Coriander leaves
Mix everything with rice batter

To prepare rice batter,

The batter is made of rice and black lentils ( Black Gram) and is similar in composition to the batter used to make Dosa or Idli.
Raw rice - 2 part
parboiled rice - 2 Part
Black Gram - 1 Part
Fenu greek Seed - 1 tea spoon
Soak them in water for 3-4 hours.
Drain the water and grind them to make batter.
Ferment the batter overnight. If climate is very cold add little yeast.
Mix water to get desired batter thickness.
