This delicious sandwich is a must try!KIMCHI AND CHICKEN GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHIngredients1 small cabbage, cut into cubes½ cup boiled and shredded chicken1 tablespoon oil4 teaspoons brown sugar2 teaspoons soy sauce1 tablespoon vinegar1 teaspoon red chilli flakes2 teaspoons tomato ketchupSalt to taste8-10 brown bread slicesButter as requiredToasted sesame seeds for sprinklingGrated mozzarella cheese as toppingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add brown sugar and cook till it melts. Add soy sauce, vinegar, crushed red chillies and mix well. Add tomato ketchup and mix well. Add salt and cabbage and mix well. Remove from heat.2. Add torn chicken to the cabbage mixture and mix well. Set aside to cool.3. Spread some butter on both side of bread slices. Spread some chicken mixture over bread slices, sprinkle some sesame seeds and top with some cheese. Cover with other bread slice.4. Heat a non-stick pan. Place the prepared sandwich and toast from both sides on low heat till golden and crisp.5.
