Kimbap with Grilled Pacific Saury
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 Pacific saucy (remove the gut)
Some salt
Some steamed rice
1 sheet dried seaweed
1 bunch spinach

A
Some salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 carrot (shredded)

B
Some salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Some Japanese omelette (Tamagoyaki)
Some white sesame seeds

PREPARATION
1. Season the fish with salt. Grill on a charcoal grill.

2. Cook the spinach and drain well. Cut into small pieces and mix with A ingredients in a bowl.

3. Cook the carrot and drain well. Mix with B ingredients in a bowl.

4. Place a seaweed sheet on a bamboo mat and spread the rice. Place the spinach (2), the carrot (3), and the omelette on the rice.

5. Place the grilled saury (1). Roll sushi with a bamboo mat. Cut the sushi roll into small pieces. Sprinkle with some white sesame seeds.

6. Enjoy!
