Hey! This paneer recipe is known as Khoya Paneer Recipe. Khoya Paneer can be served with any type of Indian Flat bread or Rice. Be it Roti or naan. It's a very easy lunch and dinner recipe.

Ingredients:
200 grams Paneer
120 grams grated khoya
1cup milk
2 medium sized finely chopped onion
2 medium sized finely chopped tomato
1/2 inch grated ginger
4 cloves of crushed garlic
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
1 tbsp butter
1tbsp oil
Whole garam masala:
1/2 inch sticks cinnamon
2 pieces of cloves
1 big black cardamom
1 small cardamom
1piece of bay leaf
