Thinly slice the onions and transfer into a large bowl. Add salt and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and mix well. Add gram flour, rice flour and mix till well combined.2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add small portions of the mixture into the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.3.
