Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli slit, mix well and sauté for 1min.2. Add onion and tomato cubes, mix well and sauté for 3-4 min.3. Add didsari red chilli garlic herbal salt, mix well and sauté for 1 min.4. Add sugar and vinegar, mix well.5. Add blanched kaddu, mix well and sauté for 1 min.6. Add water, mix well and cook for 5-6 min. on low flame.7. Add chopped coriander and mix well.8.
