Khatta Meetha Kaddu

Ingredient Quantity
Ghee 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ginger julienne 1 inch
Green chilli slit 3-4 no.
Onion cut into cube 1 no.
Tomato cut into cube 1 no.
Red pumpkin (Kaddu) cube, blanched 250 gm.
Didsari Red Chilli Garlic Herbal Salt 1½ tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp


Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli slit, mix well and sauté for 1
min.
2. Add onion and tomato cubes, mix well and sauté for 3-4 min.
3. Add didsari red chilli garlic herbal salt, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
4. Add sugar and vinegar, mix well.
5. Add blanched kaddu, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
6. Add water, mix well and cook for 5-6 min. on low flame.
7. Add chopped coriander and mix well.
8. Remove in serving bowl and serve hot.
