The perfect combo for a good meal. Yes, Mint Paratha and Aloo Baingan and that too khatta meetha is mouthwatering. In this video, I have shown how to make Paratha the easy way. Just spread the spiced mint leaves onto a Paratha, roll it into a cylindrical tube, make a circle with it and then roll it again as shown in the video. There you have it - your mint paratha. Cook it on a hot tava till done on both sides.
