Transfer mozzarella cheese in a blender jar. Drain dried red chillies and add along with ginger. Add ¾ cup water and grind to a fine paste.2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add spring onion bulbs and sauté for a minute. Add the prepared paste and sauté for 3-4 minutes.3. Add salt, crushed black peppercorns and mix well.4. Add rice and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.5. Add spring onion greens, red chilli flakes and mix well.6.
