Khao Yum

Duncan Robertson cooks Khao Yum on the streets of Hat Yai Thailand. This is a true southern dish and created quite a buzz with the locals who were a little more than impressed seeing a farang attempt this dish. Hat Yai is a wonderful town full of markets and friendly people, well worth a visit.
