If you, like Roopa are tired of eating the baked potato snacks this Shravan, make this delicious cucumber peanut salad. Learn how to make Khamag Kakdi at home, a fresh and light salad by India Food Network.

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers
1/2 cup roasted peanut powder
1/4 cup fresh grated coconut
2 green chilis roughly chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander freshly chopped
1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt


Method:

Peel cucumbers, chop them roughly into small bite pieces, apply salt and squeeze out extra juice from it. Take the pieces in a bowl, add peanut powder, fresh grated coconut, chillis, fresh coriander, hing, sugar & lemon juice. Mix well, chill and serve.
